However, we assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or quality of the information and data provided in accordance with §§ 8 to 10 TMG. No liability is assumed for the content of the retrievable information, provided such details do not constitute wilful or grossly negligent false information. Obligations to remove or block the use of information remain unaffected under general law. However, a liability referring to this is only possible from the date of knowledge of a specific infringement. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (”Google”). Google Analytics uses “Cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information created by the cookie concerning your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will truncate your IP address in advance within the member states of the European Union or in other state parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there in exceptional cases. Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities for the website operators and to provide the website operator with other services related to the use of the website and of the Internet. The IP address disclosed by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google. We use Google Analytics, including the features of Universal Analytics. Universal Analytics allows us to analyse the activities on our website by various devices (e.g. accessing via a laptop and then via a tablet). This is made possible by the pseudonym assignment of a user ID to a user. Such an assignment is undertaken, for example, when you register for a customer account or you sign into your customer account. However, no personal information is passed on to Google. Even when adding additional functions to Google Analytics with Universal Analytics, this does not mean that there is a restriction in the measures undertaken for data protection, such as IP masking or browser add-ons.
